In July, her progress report showed she was at 70% completion. Since then, the percentage has remained the same over 3 months. From my perspective as a parent observing each week, My daughter has been performing really well and appears to be at the same, if not higher, skill level compared to a couple of children who recently progressed to the next stage. I was surprised too. Those kids had been the same stage for six months. It is sure, they progress kids based on time not the skill level.

βββββ My daughter has been in the Octopus level for 4 months now. She has been performing really well in my eyes, showing the same skills as other kids who recently moved up to the next level. However, Iβve noticed that progression seems to take longer than expected β some kids only move up after 6 months regardless of how quickly they pick up the skills. It feels like the system keeps children in the same level for as long as possible, even when they are ready to advance. I appreciate the instructorsβ efforts, but it would be great if childrenβs progress was assessed more on ability and confidence, rather than mainly on time spent in a level.

I enrolled my kids in this swimming school for more than two years. They kept them in each level as much as they could. it is obvious that they don't evaluate the progress of the kids according to clear standards but they see how many kids in the level and if it is too many, they move one kid or two to the next level.

Using the hydro pool for rehabilitation. Area seems very clean and staff are friendly. Parking easy weekdays just post lunchtime - 2hrs free. Perfect. Only thing I would like to see more of is private showers for post work out clean up. There are rinsing ones, but not really suitable for using body wash etc.

Terrible people and customer harming policies. Wonβt change a lesson for any reason and will still charge you $15 for it. I called 8 times during office hours without getting an answer, and the people who work there just seem like miserable, unhelpful droids. They actually said that the reason I couldnβt change my sons swimmin lesson, which I had to do because I had to cover a shift, was BECAUSE OF THE WORK! Yep, they were happy to charge me $15 for a lesson I could attend and refused to reschedule it, because of the admin work. Lazy droids. Will be finishing lessons after this term for the above reasons and will travel further to avoid these people.

Had a wonderful experience with our two kids. Many others report the same. We were impressed with the dedication of the teachers. Bravo.

Sent my kids swimming here but they just kept them at the same level for over a year to the point the kids got bored. Different teacher every week and don't give parents any feedback as to how to help your kids improve. Other parents have had the same poor experience.
