   The team at Paremata have been looking after our spa and pool in Karori for over ten years - because they are the best! Our current valet is Luke (and anyone we have ever had helping us from Paremata) is always friendly and very easy to have around our busy family / kids etc. They quickly respond to any issues we have and work together with a technical support team to fix occasional malfunctions. We appreciate their flexibility with scheduling, and proactively recommending the best course of treatment and care to ensure our spa and pool are always clean and fresh. Highly recommend switching to use them !

   Price was good and staff helpful. Until things started to go wrong. Had to pay a call out fee for a warantee pump replacement. Controler not sealed with a good product. The seal just disintegrated after 2 and a bit years. Cover on controler came off. Want to charge $600 plus a call out fee to replace. Will not recommend dealing with them.
