We have recently signed on to a tenancy with Trust Property Management. Darryl Mahony, the property manager, has made this process extremely smooth. He's been very responsive throughout the whole process and has communicated well.
Our property manager, Darryl Mahony went the extra mile in securing new tenants for our Wellington property. His advertisement was spot on and he secured many groups of tenants interested in renting with three groups putting in an application. This was achieved in a very trying rental market period and we were very happy to only have a few days vacancy between tenants. I would highly recommend Darryl if you are wanting an efficient, professional manager with good communications.
Darryl Mahony and his team at Trust have managed our small property portfolio for a year now. We moved property management over to Trust as Darryl was previously looking after our properties and our tenants had a great relationship with him. This review is a testament of Darryl Mahony's ability to rebuild relationships with tenants through kind and professional communication, along with following through with requesting maintenance for the property within a reasonable time frame. When we first signed onto the property, we struggled with the communication style of the property manager and waiting 6 months for urgent repairs. After their departure and Darryl's sign-on, he has made every effort to turn around the relationship and is the property manager you want when it comes to fair treatment, efficient communication and true kindness. We would recommend Darryl Mahony to be your property manager, whether you're the home owner wanting to ensure your property is being taken care of, and the repairs are being done in an acceptable timeframe, or as a tenant wanting a respectable property manager who treats you like a human and is helpful and kind.
After having to wait over 11hours to use my own PRIVATE CAR PARK, as it was occupied by an unauthorised vehicle. I found out this property company was offering my private car park for their airbnb customers to use. Later to find out that they ripped their property company details off my reserve sign a few days after this happened. No apology was given. I don’t even rent my Private car park off their company! They literally just helped themselves!
Paule was an amazing property manager. She was always on top of things and if anything ever happened she responded quickly. I would definitely use trust property’s again when looking at rentals and couldn’t recommend them enough.
Would not recommend working with Trust Properties as a tenant. The advert we were interested in had a number of issues, including the details about the fibre Internet options, parking situation, and healthy homes compliance being incorrect. During the walk though of the apartment, the agent stated that move in date was flexible around the dates that worked for us. We submitted our application and they offered us the tenancy on a Friday afternoon, the listed move in date on the offer was a week earlier than we had put on our application so we requested to update it to a date that they had verbally said would be fine. Spent the weekend making arrangements to move out as we believed we had now found a new home. Come Monday morning, we followed up with them to check progress and were informed that we were no longer being offered the tenancy, after following up multiple times to try and work things out they let us know on Monday afternoon that they had offered the tenancy to someone else and there was nothing else that could be done. Was very disappointed with the experience, especially as they are seemingly messing with people trying to find a place to live for their own convenience.
Was working with trust for over a year, with the intention of them managing my new builds. Was hoodwinked right at the moment we had completed build. Reneged on written and verbal agreements, really dissapointing and unprofessional conduct.
Was living in a house managed by Trust for over an year and they were great! Very fast communication and problem resolution, calm, polite, professional and transparent. You can really trust the Trust. Thank you for making my rental experience so smooth!
