Just to mention, everytime I go into TS Milford (which is a lot!), I am greeted with a smile and greeting using my name! Charlene especially is amazing and so helpful. I bought a couple of items from the Milford store. The sales person barely acknowledged me at the counter. I felt like I was doing her a favour. My friend who was with me commented when we left that it was terrible customer service and I couldn’t agree more. We must do better if businesses want us to support the local economy rather than online.
Sharlene and her team are just amazing . best customer service ever. we have just had amazing experience when we come in and love all the new additions to our wardrobe such wonderful colours, fabrics and clothes that you can look good in whether casual or dining out for special occasions . i give the team 10 stars ⭐️ we have worn them all around the world can you guess some of the locations ❤️
The customer service in this store is fantastic. The staff are amazing- friendly and helpful. Every time I go there to either shop or pick up items that I have bought on line, I leave feeling that I have had a memorable and fun experience. Thank you so much.

Was in store last weekend,they have some amazing clothes size 12+ (Im usually 14/16 & ended up having to buy a size 12) Got "Virtuelle" branded pants for a steal of a price - just so comfortable & can dress up or down. The colour/print of the fabric is stunning. This store is well worth a trip to Milford Mall. PS It's right next to The Warehouse entrance
