What a wonderful experience we had at Villa Property Management in general, and Charmaine Jones in particular. Starting from the day I got the lease, Charmaine was always guiding me as to how to about everything. Throughout our tenancy, I was never worried about the property inspections. Communication was awesome, she was always on top of the things, and always so much cooperative. When I was due to vacate, she negotiated an extension of 2 weeks from the owners just so I could prepare and do well on my PhD Oral coinciding around the vacation date. I can assure she have set a very high precedence for others whom I would have to deal with. I would love to have her back as my property manager; until then, Good Luck for your future and keep it up. This is my second time renting with Villa Properly Management, first time 10 years ago and again now renting a family home. As with then and now Charmaine Jones my property manager is easy to communicate with, gets any jobs sorted quickly and efficiently. But best of all, Charmaine is a really great person to get along with. I have been renting a property with Villa Property for 27 months now, this is the 1st rental I have had in NZ and it has been nothing but awesome for my family and I. Our property manager Charmaine is in regular contact with us, we are notified well in advance for our house inspections, and any issues re: maintenance are dealt with in a timely manner. I have had the pleasure of meeting the home owner as well who was very welcoming. I have a good relationship with my property manager, she is amazing!
