I had some positive experience with this company. They fix problems. That's why I have used their services multiple times. Recently, they came to install a washing machine, saying the inlet hose supplied by the factory was not long enough, and used their own "commercial grade" hose, charging $130 + GST. I searched New Zealand website, and found the price for "commercial grade" hoses was between $20 to $50.
