Jones Services provided very prompt and satisfactory service, and the technician who attended to fix the oven also noticed an issue with our dishwasher - and helpfully resolved that as well. Would highly recommend.

Impressed by professional and friendly service from Jones Services, Wellington. Ryan contacted me to let me know he had some free time and could come into town to do the dishwasher repair yesterday instead of me waiting till Friday. How good was that!!! Ryan was professional yet friendly. He came prepared with parts for what the likely cause was and fixed the issue like a pro. He was efficient, effective and explained what the problem was and how he fixed it. He also gave me advice on how to best care for the dishwasher and information on products to avoid to ensure it had a long life. Amazing customer service, Ryan! We canβt thank Ryan from Jones Services enough for his incredible effort in fixing our smeg dishwasher today! After not being able to use it since November and multiple visits trying to pinpoint the issue, Ryanβs patience, persistence, and expertise finally got to the bottom of the faultβand he fixed it! Weβre absolutely over the moon, especially with our first baby due next week. 100% rude! I rung to sort an appointment, the first thing said to me was "It won't be covered by the warranty" the woman then assumed to know what the issue was, didn't even stop to let me talk. I explained I'd spoken to the manufacturer 10 minutes prior who assured me it would be covered by warranty. The woman continued to tell me it wasn't. They had no tradesman available for a week. When I asked for a time I was told I would be called on the day as no specific time could be given. When I said that really wasn't good enough she told me they would not take the job and they would let the manufacturer know. I waited 24 hours and contacted the manufacturer, they had heard nothing. They found a different contractor who was able to make an appointment with a specific time 3 days from now. I definitely do NOT recommend even contacting this company!

The diagnostic fee was around $450, and the part replacement for the Bosch dishwasher was around $250-$300. After all of that, the dishwasher was still not repaired. The guy returned, took it to the workshop, but couldn't find the problem. They demanded an additional $450 to have someone else come and diagnose it! Ridiculous and deceptive business! When they can't fix it, instead of a refund, they dare to ask for $450 for another diagnosis without any guarantee. Not a good experience!

My oven needed a new liner and the tech was great at communicating when he would visit. Unfortunately the repair could not be completed in my home so the tech made a plan to order the new liner and arrange a new visit when it was ready to minimise the effect on us - great service. My oven now works great.

Came out to check washing machine and said they couldn't fix it at home (the drum had split) so would need to take it in to workshop. Manufacturer amazingly agreed to cover costs as machine was still relatively new. Took them a week to pick up the machine as 'they were waiting on the part'. Once they picked it up, I hadn't heard anything for a week so rang to chase up repairs and was told it was being done that day and they just had to do test runs but that the engineer would call that afternoon. Never heard anything so rang the next day and was given the same story. Engineer finally called the next day and booked delivery for the following day and that the delivery team would call in the morning to give ETA. Still hadn't heard by 3pm so rang them to complain and they magically delivered 5 mins later (we live really nearby). They installed it and left (after crashing in to a tree in my driveway first though). I did a couple of washes and the machine was making a really loud noise as if it was going to explode. Took them a week to arrange someone to come look at it and the reason they tried to give for the noise was because the floor it was on was hollow... have lived in this house for over a year and that has never been an issue previously! All the guy kept talking about was who would pay for any further work (despite this being an issue from them taking the machine away to repair it). The noise continued so I ended up ringing the manufacturer as Jones had been so useless. The manufacturer sent their own engineer out and the issue for the noise... Jones had not screwed the front panel on properly when putting the machine back together after the drum repair. They had left 2 screws out. Machine all fixed and working fine now thanks to the manufacturer. Jones were happy to take on the $1000 repair quickly enough but couldn't care once the work had been agreed to. Never again.

Great service. My elderly tenant advised the oven wasn't working (thermostat). I explained to Jones that tenant had waited a week to tell me about this and she had been stove top cooking since. Jones popped around quick smart, replaced the thermostat - thank you for your fast efficient service and I have a happy tenant. Jones will be my go-to repairer from now on
