Bought an Xbox controller that turned out to have stick drift. Worked with a wonderful customer service agent called Darrenl who expertly diagnosed the problem and got me a replacement. Really great experience
My 84 year old father was treated with respect and patience , he had been in previously to check out a stereo system, I went in today to pick it up with him as he doesn’t drive , his music was playing in the store when I arrived. I would like to thank Faith for all she did to assist him, she was kind and helpful, she even took a video on his phone to show him how to connect it when he got home, helped us with getting it in my car, five star service
Bought a JBL stereo. Great service from multiple staff, ( I hummed and haaed for quite a while thinking on it). Great price and sooo friendly. Walked away thinking "Wow....what great service!"
No customer service whatsoever. Brought a lawnmower of them, they didn't test it properly. Needs a new blade and the cutting lever moves on its own. They also forgot to give me the battery/charger for it. Would give them 1 star, only giving them 2 star as they finally sent out the accessories after I wasn't happy. Asked for them to cover the cost of the blade at least but nothing, no reply and doubt I'm getting one.
This is the worst Cash Converters store I've ever been to. I went to the DVD section to buy one DVD that I wanted. But they had this really stupid rule where you can't buy one separately. You have to buy the whole lot on the shelve for 50 dollars. I've never had this problem anywhere else.
Absolutely love visiting the papakura branch the staff here are awesome, I always get a warm welcome every time I visit. If your ever around the area definitely pop into cashies!
