Terrible staff! They were playing music and it was so loud and i mean "loud" I almost had to yell just to have a conversation with anyone in the shop. The shop looks well maintained but at the end of the day I expected to come to shop not a night club.
The behavior of the staff, especially Ms. Lena, is very kind and welcoming. Every time I enter the store, her friendly and respectful attitude encourages me to remain a regular customer. Thank you very much, Ms. Lena, for your excellent guidance.
I am 11 years old and love negotiating and bargaining it’s my life butEvery time I have gone to cash converters in there has been such lovely customer service but I came in today trying to sell my guitar and this rude lady turned me off for being to young and not of age even when I tried to explain I had. A parent she said no one is aloud even when I said my dad would pay and do that and I would just be negotiating I had to leave and I was mouthwashes never going again.
I had great pleasure and dealing with Lena at cash converters Glen Innes. She has gone well beyond what I expected in this day and age and I would highly recommend her to anyone that need a extremely helpful person, that achived wonderful results for me. i have nothing bad to say about g.i staff they are cool and they dont gang up on you like manukau cashies lol i hope this store gets some kind notice because they are really professional with selling and buying!! i forgot the young lady that helped me.. i hope yall th best keep these workers please last workers where just bull❌❌❌.. only 4 stars because i want you to ready this till the end... wish could put 6 stars
Its like all pawn shops, always their interests first. My advice is don't sell your gold or diamonds here, you will not get a fair offer. Not worth it. Probably low ball all their deals tbh
GLEN INNES STORE BUYS STOLEN GOODS!!!glen innes store accepts stolen property i had my tv stolen and caught the thiefs in the store so i rang the police..even though i had evidence and reciepts it was mine they wouldnt give my tv back because they had already brought it for $200. the theft was a nephew who was staying with me at the time wasnt charged because the cops believed him i owed him money which i didnt then the store manager decided he will only give it back if i pay $100 for it..GLEN INNES STORE BUYS STOLEN GOODS THEY ARE THIEFS AS WELL!!!
