My experience was truly disappointing. The quality of the products was subpar, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in providing any sort of assistance. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent shopping experience.
Avoid this place called in on phone before going in to see if they would take stuff yes the lady said so went in and then a very rude loud mouthed Indian who was rude to another customer. Said no we don't if she had said it in a better tone we would not have gone off on them then getting called racist by the actual girl that we had no issues with at the beginning but anyways avoid this place they are rude as no stars Read some of the negative comments on here seems to say a lot about the Indian staff lol. Go to Takanini the staff there are wonderful and HELPFUL this Indian lady that served us at Takanini she was a delight beautiful nature polite respectful TO ALL THE customers.
Shop worker tried buying goods at cut rate, I wanted to purchase a phone but worker swapped it out last minute for something way out of my price range. Was a flop. Tried to get my goods for jack. Beware, terrible place
I bought a macbook air laptop last year from this place spent $900 on it. Had an emergency bill I needed to pay so I loaned it in, since then I've experienced nothing but issues.. Some of the staff members I found to be extremely rude and had misinformed me when they said they had put it on hold as I paid to extend it needing more time. The laptop come out for sale which is not what I agreed to and after 3 weeks of asking to speak to the manager I finally received a call back only to find out staff were just lying to me the whole time and never asked the manager to call until I had enough and went in again. Darren the manager sorted out a price for me to laybuy back which was 300 taking into consideration the price I had paid which was great he finally resolved it for me as his staff lied and never passed on the request. I just picked up my laptop and it has a pressure point on the screen where it looks like someone has used force on it!!! And it is not starting at all. I am expecting the full price back of 900 for a new working laptop or a refund if your team can not repair it back to the working state it was in when I handed it in. Very unhappy with this as I just want my laptop working! Resolve this ASAP pls A32105359-1
Terrible service, called up and promised a price for an item listed online, showed up to pick up and wouldn't want to honor the price. Says it's a different manager on site today, even though the staff recalls the price promise
Customer service is good, not rude at all. This happened on 22/08/23, these people LOW BALL like you’re an idiot, I took in BRAND NEW SEALED SPEAKERS, JBL (unwanted gift) Worth $70 and they offered me $20 for it, cmon I know you need to make profit but don’t low ball people like they are idiots, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone trying to make money to make a living or whatever. Should be ashamed of yourself Cash Converters. Do business and do it well, be fair. And before you ask, I have sent a complaint via your website.

A store at best when handling returns products under warranty. Bought a Samsung gear vr. Could not connect. Returned it. Took my 5 minutes. No silly questions. Worth to recommend.
I would not even rate 1 star to the customer service ladies very rude but I really appreciated Michelle the store manager she was very nice and listening to what I wanted. I just bought a phone charger New one but it was the wrong one, I didn't even open or go out of the shop when I saw the other one only one piece left and wanted to change it. But the this customer service lady told me rudely that I cannot because it's their policy when I said y not and can I see their policy she was just so rude she should be in that jo if she can't be nice to customers
