Unfriendly and unreliable. Gave me a quote of 370$ for a diamond ring and a gold ring but told me I could get more if I have my diamond certificate. So I said I’d go home and look for it and come back later. I couldn’t find the certificate, so I was just gonna settle for 370$ but when I returned, he changed his words and said he’s pay for only 270$. I told him that wasn’t what he said when he appraised it earlier. I know my rings are worth way more than even 370$. He’s outright trying to rip me off thinking i’m desperate enough to come back to the shop. Well, I wasn’t desperate, so I just took the rings back.
