Quite challenging but highly recommended! Make sure to have a good breakfast and catch the 10 am session. If you have enough energy, it's possible to clear Levels 1 to 6 in just 3 hours. Just be warned: your arms will be absolutely exhausted afterwards!

This is a very interesting place, where laughter echoes through the halls and the energy of happy kids fills every space, creating an atmosphere of pure delight.

We loved our visit here! The youngest member of our group was 11, so we didn't move through the courses quickly, which meant there will be tons of new stuff to do on a second visit! It was well worth the ticket price Most of the activities on the course were actively scooting across lines or climbing around, but there were quite a few zip lines/"flying foxes" as well. It was very fun to see how different people in our group tackled each task differently. The equipment seemed in good shape and was very cleverly designed to keep us safe while giving us independence from the staff. The downsides: parking is a little confusing (we had to drive past it and guess where we're allowed to park) and the bathroom near the course is gross--so you want to walk up the hill to use the flush toilets 5 minutes away.

We took our two mokopuna to Adrenaline Forest today. The eldest has been a couple of times and was confident after his briefing to get started. The younger was less so but certainly gave it his best. They both succeeded and had a great time. My thanks to the staff who supported my mokos in particular but were attentive to all. Clear safety instructions showing exactly how to use the equipment; and just the right encouragement when one of my boys got stuck. A reminder of the basics and gentle but firm guidance from the ground. All the reassurance that was needed and our moko carried on again. No doubt the boys will be back and their koro and I will be happy to accompany them. Ngā mihi ki a koutou...

Lots of climbing and exploring. Adrenalin forest also takes health and safety very seriously and proactively manages the activities effectively and efficiently. The activities are clearly labelled and the obvious dedication of the staff is obvious. There is a range of activities from beginner to expert and everything in between. This course does require some effort to master the activities but overall it is well worth it. I appreciate all of the effort that had been put into the course and I am looking forward to what the next phase will be for adrenalin forest.

Only managed to go up to the end of level 4. So sore now. Level 3 was okay but level 4 was terrifying. You definitely need good upper body strength for level 4, and being taller than 160 cm would be better.
