   After new ownership of the business, I have found SBA Kilbirnie to be professional and knowledgeable. Questions have been answered promptly and clearly giving better understanding. Tax returns have been completed in good time and have been presented in a plain and understandable way.

   I've tried getting in touch, even asked a member of the staff to please put me in touch with the boss so i could resolve a few issues (this year), no response. 1. Naming a few- Late filing (the bookkeeper was not familiar with the the term "bi monthly". 2. Over 30k paid in gst on vehicle loans (when reconciled as deductible i was told this is incorrect as full gst was claimed on purchase, which it wasn't. 30k we could have really used at the time. 3. Our end of year returns (2019 & 2020) are identical, no adjustments were made, costing our business even further. Correct, we have not used your business for some time. Our new accountants have billed us over 8k to sort out the mess your team created. Only recently have we discovered the level of incompetency that occurred. I do not recommend this business. At all. You have my email.
