Really disappointing experience, I was so excited to come in to buy a Nuna leaf, I asked to be shown one and another brand that I saw online, the lady didn’t really seem to want to help, she just got the Nuna leaf out, put it on the ground, did not say one word to us and then walked off. I had a big list of other items to purchase while there but we were a bit stunned so we just left and have gone to dimples for a better experience.

I was served by Leah and Her Colleague sorry I didn't get the name and wanted to say that I am immensely impressed with the service that these ladies provide , they also installed my babies carseat and made sure it was safe secure and gave us a very Informative lesson in how to properly make sure the car seat is intact and in place in the car for baby's safety. These ladies also greet you with a smile and have amazing customer service which was pleasing to see as you don't see this much nowadays. I was served by Leah Fotu and she was so amazing! I came in for a carseat during Easter weekend and the one I initially wanted was sold out. I desperately needed a carseat and she helped me find an alternative. She also installed it in my car for me!/taught me how to install it safely. Shes the best. If I need anything in the future, I'll be back :) Thank you Leah! :)
Disrupted flights meant the seat hired was needed for an extra time so it was a relief when the sympathetic voice on the end of the phone agreed this was possible. It was amazing that there was no extra charge. I would also like to praise how kindly I was treated and how efficiently the seat was attached.
