   Dan is the man when it comes to handling your doggo in a kind and yet alpha way. My dog is usually difficult to groom due to past bad experiences, but for Dan he was a breeze. He also did a very nice job on the artistic side of it. I will never go to another groomer, DAN IS THE MAN!

   I would recommend clearer communication on pricing. I had my 7kg Cairn Terrier groomed by handstripping. The groom itself was excellent and of breed standard. However it was quite a lot more expensive than advertised. I was charged $280 when his pricing menu stated “price for base rate $140, additional fee depends on the”. With no further information. At no point was it communicated he charged $150/hr, of which I was txtd later when I asked for price breakdown. So I’m still now sure how I was charged $280. My last groomer charged $130 in total so it was quite a shock. I have spoken to the owner and requested he have clearer information on his website and better communication for the next person.

   First time using a grooming service and Dan exceeded expectations. Dealt with my old girl (Chihuahua 12yr) and naughty puppy (Husky 10mths) who cried and howled the whole time and didn't batter an eyelid. They both came out happy as Larry and looking incredible. Definitely going to continue this service. Thanks Dan, what a pleasure to deal with.
