   Our five year old JTR (Jack Russell Terrier) had his first ever groom and hand strip on Thursday. We were so happy to hear that he was calm and wagged his tail throughout. And he looks amazing! Being a long haired Jack, we thought it was only natural that he was a shaggy boy and constantly shedding at this time of year, but to see him with his original puppy looks again is fantastic and he is so happy and perky now without all the extra fur and the heat that goes with it.

   Pepper has just had her first groom at Groomingtails after I had been disappointed elsewhere, and travelled out of my area to come here. I was impressed at the time Adelle took to speak to me and let Pepper smell her and get to know her before I left. I am very pleased with Pepper’s groom.    We love our girl Ash, shes a Hairy Bear But the time had come to lose the Hairy Hair. To GroomingTails we went at Waikanae Beach, dropped off Ash, went to Longbeach for Eats. Adelle & her team did a great job on Ash and we all think she looks quite Flash. and so easy to dry now after a wet walk today, shes cuddly and tactile, what more can I say.... Thanks Groomingtails!!

   Great place to take your dog. Our Alaskan Malamute has had a few grooms with Groomingtails now and came back gorgeous every time. It is no mean feat to groom a Mal but ours comes back soft as silk and smelling amazing. Friendly staff and they do what you expect them to do, can't ask for any more than that! Highly recommended.
