My Border Terrier spent a morning with Lush Puppies to be hand stripped. What a mess the poor little thing is now patchy with bald spots all over her back. I paid $250 for this and would like at least half that amount back. I have taken some time before placing this review so as to do so calmly . I have since heard of another customer who had a similar experience, my advice Don't get your border terrier hand stripped at Lush Puppies.
Amazing service at Lush puppies. My dog was transformed and came home happy and looking gorgeous, we’ve had a bad experience with grooming in the past but Heidi and her experienced team have restored our faith! Definitely recommend.
Lush Puppies always does a great job for our toy poodle. I drop him off in the morning and he's ready by the early afternoon. The people there really care about the pups and the cost is reasonable.
We've been taking our large male Samoyed to lush puppies for almost 2 years and are always so happy with the result! The team do an amazing job and he always comes out looking and smelling great. Highly recommend!

Very upset. We wanted the knots shaved but the length kept where possible such as the head. He’s now completely shaven.

It has been a while since I had the owner of lush puppies to visit
I’ve only given 2 stars because on an enquiry I was quoted $115 for a groom for my small 6 kg dog. Impossible for someone on a pension.
