   Oh dear. We worked with them for years without any big issues. Then our cleaner got hurt. Jani King didn't share the job brief with the new person. He turned up without an appointment and asked my warehouse manager to show him our offices which he did. Trouble is it wasn't only the front offices we agreed they would clean. There were other offices on the other side of the building. 6 months later I find out I've been paying for half the service. I politely contact the cleaner and ask for solution. He tells me, " I'm welcome to get a new cleaner"....what?? Repeated aggressive messages from him later I block him and call the Jani King office. I tell the super lovely receptionist the events but make it really clear it's not the end if the world but I need a new cleaner. She gets another guy to call me I go through the whole conversation again. He tells me he will get it sorted. Today I get another person calling. He has no details, no job brief, no idea what security tags or keys were meant to be returned already. He seems to think it's my responsibility to sort this stuff out with his company. He tells me " its not his franchisee, not his responsibility" basically not on him. At that point I politely state "I'll just cancel" to which he replies "okay". In this market companies that don't value long term, loyal customers are mad in my opinion. Jani King. You can do better.

   We engaged this company to clean for us. From the beginning they were nothing but trouble, staff would barely clean, no training, wouldnt turn up and wouldnt tell us. When concerns were raised with management they literally argued with us!! So unprofessional, avoid at all costs!

   Good company to work with , no brand new car requirements to start as a new franchise and they have flexible options to get you started , lowest franchise fee in town with a good team in place to help you out ,I have been with them for 5 years and hands down they have helped me a lot .

   Poor contract terms (2 years lease), poor performance leaving office door WILD open at night, poor communication from the staff not even replying to email/phone. I won't be recommending Jani King's services. Avoid at all cost
