    I am not happy about the state of your reporting. The last 2 quarterly reports were late and wrong . This is basic information it should be timely and routine, it is not . Your website is impossible to get in and it tells me I am now locked out My adviser is not available by phone or Email any time I call I am put through to his assistant I have a lot of money at stake with Spicers and pay expensive charges for a service which is basically poor. My feeling at the moment is I would not recommend Spicers to any one .
