   I’ve had a wonderful experience with Creature Comfort, especially thanks to Nicola and Gavin. Our fur baby has separation anxiety, so finding the right place has always been a challenge. Nicola and Gavin’s attention to detail, patience, and genuine care gave us so much comfort and peace of mind. We truly felt that our fur baby was loved and well looked after , a completely different experience from other kennels we’ve tried before. We highly recommend Creature Comfort to anyone looking for a caring, safe, and reliable place for their fur babies.

   Found both owners unfriendly and rude. Our 8 month old ragdoll was extremely stressed and cried all the way home, was fine on the way there. Her blanket absolutely stunk of poo and urine she has had diarrhea for the last 2 days. Would never use them again and do not recommend this place.

   We can’t recommend these guys highly enough! They regularly look after our two Labs, and every time the service is amazing. The dogs are always excited to see them, and when we pick them up, they’re happy, healthy, and absolutely exhausted (which makes for a smooth reintroduction to having Labs in the house!). They’ve gone above and beyond for us multiple times; always taking the time to chat about how the dogs were and letting us know if there were any concerns. We’ve used a few different kennels over the years and, before finding these guys, we swore we’d never use another one. Their knowledge, care, and genuine love for the animals they look after is next level. Sam & Poppy will always be your guests! - Thank you :)

   So attentive, friendly and accommodating, our dog feels safe staying here with hosts Gavin & Nicola, which is HUGE for her as shes a rescue. We really appreciate the time and effort they put into caring for our fur baby and working with us to keep it a stress free hand over and visit for both cat and dog. It's a little bit of a drive for us but so worth it! We initially tried other places early on closer to home but you really can't beat the service provided here. 100% recommend, and if you have any questions or doubts, give them a call and they'll put them to rest.

   Nicola looked after our Lorikeet Lowri for 6 weeks, while we were overseas. Nicola looked after Lowri with kindness and interest, as well as a very professional approach. Nicola kept us in regular touch with how our pet was getting on, and put a lot of extra effort into making sure she was comfortable, had the right food and had opportunities to exercise and get some stimulation. We were delighted with the care our bird received and would certainly recommend Nicola and Creature Comforts Sanson to any bird owner.
