   We have been using Paw Palace for day care for our Labrador for 3+ years now. When we arrive, he can't wait to get out the car to go and play with his friends, both 2 and 4 legged! The team are amazing and really care for the dogs in their care. We really love that Paw Palace gives our dog a safe place to be a dog and play with his friends.

   I’d just like to give a big thumbs up and shout out to the team at Paw Palace. My boy Frankie has been coming here near enough twice a week since he was 6 months old. He’s just turned three. He absolutely loves you guys and with the photos you upload to his album you know he’s having the best time ever. Thanks team.

   Our dog, Cosmo, was well cared for during his week long stay with Paw Palace. The team were very professional and demonstrate integrity. As an anxious dog owner, I appreciated how they listened carefully to my concerns and took on board what I had to say. Our family liked how they were honest with us. We also loved their photo and email updates. What impressed us most though was that the Paw Palace team consistently demonstrated that they cared about Cosmo and that they took his safety during his stay very seriously. He had an excellent time and we were able to have a worry free time away. I've attached one of the many photos of our monkey during his stay.

   Our high energy bouncy dog loved his time boarding at Paw Palace. We had never boarded Yogi before but we had great interactions with the team, and clear guidance on drop off and pick up. The team sent us great photos of him enjoying his time - big happy dog face, playing with other dogs. And we appreciated the proactive offer to give our muddy dog a bath. He came hope happy, and so did we!

   I was really nervous to send my doggie back to daycare after some bad experiences at other places that have had lasting (probably lifetime) consequences. My pup has some anxieties, fears and isn’t always confident in life which sometimes translates to misunderstood reactivity. Paw Palace took extra time and effort to understand my worries, walk me through their days and process. They also never once had any judgement about his past or his breed. They have clearly given him so much love and support because he absolutely loves it there, always rushes in without hesitation and is never too exhausted when he gets home. I’ve only had reports of him being a good boy, that he’s really come out of his shell and with no behavioural issues! I’ve noticed a huge improvement in his socialising, he is reading other dogs much more appropriately and is super responsive with his recall! We’ve even been able to go back to off-lead areas again and he’s warming up to strangers more quickly too. Thank you again for all your hard work, I’m really proud of how far he has come and the dog he’s grown up to be :)

   Our doggo can never wait to get out of the car to spend time here. (And he's a wuss). The team are so helpful, responsive, and give us great information about how the stay has been. I could not recommend this space, and team, highly enough.

   We took our 2 high energy pups in for their first day of daycare last week and they had an absolute blast! And came back exhausted (which was a nice change in our household). Staff were patient and helpful with my questions before drop off and provided me with a run down at the end of day. Fantastic service and will definitely be back!

   Harry is our very anxious rescue cockapoo. Once again Harry has had a great experience getting his hair cut with Nick. The team are so good with Harry, pacing with him. It’s summer and I asked for a good cut and that’s what we got. A Harry dog now in the summer days… Thank you …
