My daughter is 2 months away from delivering my first grandchild and I wanted to gift her cloth nappies. I purchased $350 of product. Unfortunately my daughter does not want to use cloth nappies. This company does not accept returns. Very poor customer service in Australia. No phone number, no address. I feel like I’ve been scammed. What am I going to do with $350 of nappies. They clearly don’t have much confidence in their product and I have since read several poor reviews. What reputable company does not accept returns in 2025? My mistake was not checking the return policy, but it never occurred to me that there are still companies that don’t accept returns for unwanted gifts. Stay away from this company, there are more professional nappy companies out there.
