   I had a couple of sessions with Mary and the sessions themselves were really good. However at the second session I paid by cash during the session. A few days later I received an invoice. The invoice says “1. Late invoices must be paid before another appointment is attended. 2. Overdue invoices will be charged interest at a rate of 10%/annum calculated daily. 3. If payment is not made we will engage a debt collector at your expense - this amount will be added to the invoice currently owed.” I have tried to call, text and email Mary multiple times to say the invoice has already been paid but I can’t get hold of her and she hasn’t replied to any of my messages. The invoice says it’s 30 days overdue. It’s such a shame because I really thought Mary could help me in a lot of areas in my life.

   Tamsyn is absolutely incredible, if I could give her 6 stars I would! My partner and I did couples therapy with her and she completely changed our relationship for the better. She is so personable and made both of us super comfortable and heard. We've never done couple therapy before and we weren't sure what to expect but with Tamsyn's help we went from almost breaking up to being happier than ever! I truly can't rate her highly enough and I tell all my friends in relationships that I wish we had done this years ago!

   I have been working with Mary for about 8 months. She was warm and welcoming right from the beginning, and has created a safe space for me to process the changes in my life. She is always supportive and affirming, and has good practical tips for helping me to honour my feelings and move through them. I would highly recommend Mary.

   I've been seeing Mary for about 9 months, working out a few different areas to support me to live my best life. She is compassionate and gives space for the conversations to grow, without filling the silences as I work through different things with her. Mary is wonderful at recognising when I've reached my limit in a session and is able to use guided meditation to bring me back to centre. She focusses on finding solutions and provides strategies to support the changes I am aiming to make. It is such a treat to talk to someone who is knowledgeable and supportive. Thank you!

   Tamsyn is amazing. So warm, kind, and welcoming. Tamsyn is completely non-judgmental and is good at lightening the mood during those “tough” conversations that are often needed, but challenging. I would highly recommend to anyone considering whether to use her services. A real gem!

   Mary is one of the best! I've been to many counsellors over the years but Mary has been the one that has been the best by far. Her interactions are so human and not only does she listen but also gives you strategies to help long term.The techniques Mary has shared with me in our sessions I use everyday and its improved my day to day so much. She's also the loveliest human being you can certainly feel her compassion and understanding so much. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a counsellor that they can connect with and really see results in their day to day.

Tamsyn has been amazing at creating a safe space for us to talk through the prickly bits, she’s incredibly knowledgeable and has efficiently paved a pathway & provided helpful tools for us to find a way back onto the same page! We very quickly warmed to Tamsyn because of her warmth, empathy and great sense of humour! Would definitely recommend her for couples and individuals.
