We had Billy and his awesome team swing by to handle the whole shebang – cleaning our windows, ranchslider, deck, and driveway. And let me tell you, the whole deal was nothing short of amazing right from the start. Billy popped over right on schedule to scope out the job, and his quote? Totally reasonable. So, when the day of action rolled around, they were right on the money – not a single minute late. And I've got to give credit where it's due – they tackled every single task with such meticulous care. Our windows? Man, they were so clean that even birds were fooled into thinking they could zip right through! I mean, poor things started trying to fly through the glass. But that's not all the awesomeness. Billy went above and beyond, lending a hand with a few odds and ends around the house, like setting up a doorbell. Saved me the hassle of calling in another person for that job. All said and done, this whole experience was an absolute blast.
Great waterblasting job done by Royal Clean. There were 2 parts to the job, the first being around a pool and spa where they had to be careful not to spray debris into the pool and they did a great job. The second part of the job was missed the first time, but as soon as it was mentioned, it was remedied immediately - impressive service and will definitely use again, thank you!
I have found Royal Clean and Billy to be exceptional. First he came and looked at the job and priced it up. Then we had the job booked in but due to bad weather had to reschedule which he did without hesitation. He was on time at the agreed start time for the job. But the best part was doing the actual job. He washed our (concrete fence) some 50 meters of it and all of our paths. The soft wash left the place looking amazing. He came with a team of three others and all the equipment and it was quite hassle free for us. I cannot recommend him highly enough and certainly will be using them again.
