I regret to share my disappointing experience with Trio Group as my property manager. Their communication was consistently poor, leaving me in the dark regarding important updates about my property. Despite advertising that open homes would be held until a suitable tenant was found, only one open home took place, which was far from what they promised. Furthermore, there was a complete lack of clarity concerning the fees charged. Trio Group failed to provide a full market assessment; instead, I received only a vague verbal comment on the expected rent. This lack of transparency extended to inspection processes as well. The final inspection was poorly handled—I received no report or photos, just a verbal assurance that "everything is fine," which left me questioning the thoroughness of their service. Additionally, there were no regular inspection reports to keep me informed, merely a few photos sent through text message. This approach felt inadequate for maintaining confidence in their management. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations. I hope Trio Group takes this feedback seriously to improve their services for future clients, as their current practices were both frustrating and unsatisfactory.
Trio Group are highly professional and the experts in financial advising. They have the systems and processes in place to make sure you get the right advice. They are knowledgeable and give you a personal experience so you get exactly what you need. Very happy to recommend Beverley at Trio Group, who provided us with a high level of professional financial service. 'Mortgage broker' title is very much under-estimates the work she did for us, Beverley was more of a Project Manager for the whole Investment Property process, providing help and guidance about all the steps involved, and helping reassure and motivate us along the way.
