Terrible product and service. Spent $120 on a bouquet which I quite literally could’ve bought from the supermarket, they also didn’t provide the colours I requested eventhough they said they could... Contacted the business regarding the terrible quality of the bouquet which in no way was worth $120 and they sent a dismissive message and really couldn’t have cared less. Will never buy from there again.
Worst experience ever. Ordered funeral flowers from a well known site( Petals Network) that Green Bay Florist, are a member of, and only after i rang Green Bay Florist did i discover that the owner had declined my order, because she wanted more money for delivery. I was not contacted at all. She was rude to me, at such a vunerable time, that even after i broke down in tears she showed no compassion, Used to be a regular supporter of the local Florist, but never again. Thank you Petals Network for being so helpful and organzing the flowers to be delivered today.
Ordered a corsage & buttonhole for my son’s ball. The product was just perfect & nicely wrapped in a box. The price was great & the owner was really friendly. Would love to go back again.
Lovely welcoming florist. We have been using Green Bay florist for years and have always had good service and beautiful flowers. Recently we have enjoyed peonies and an orchid plant. Always handy for last minute gifts as well. Keep up the good work!
Extremely hurt and disappointed. Feel cheated as I booked red rose bouquet for my daughter 's 16th 2 weeks before valentine I went to the shop booked 12 roses bouquet and firstly I never got roses...it was just stems...secondly she increased price last minute on phone making valentines day excuse....I would never go back such a rip off bad attitude
I left it late to send flowers for a relative's special birthday. Needed them for that same day in fact. We live in England. They needed to go to an address in Auckland and this florist did the job with total ease. Very impressed and flowers were lovely too. Would use them again.
So far I am Disappointed as the flowers I ordered for my mothers 95 birthday have failed to arrive. I ordered a week in advance. The directions were clear. Guess I’ll ring and find out what went wrong, but the birthday is over it’s too late.
We ordered a large bunch of flowers which cost us $70. When we saw the bunch we were disappointed, there were not very many flowers for a large bunch. Unfortunately when i called to express my disappointment i was told this is just how much the flowers cost, without any apology. Very unsatisfactory service.
