   I am writing to make a complaint about the meal I received recently. Unfortunately, the quality was extremely disappointing. The water tasted stale and “saggy,” and the chicken served was in very poor condition, with an unpleasant texture and what seemed like puss inside. This was not acceptable and left me concerned about the hygiene and preparation standards. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and let me know what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen again. I look forward to your response. Ngā mihi,

   We celebrated our rugby team prizegiving and had dinner using their classroom facility and we LOVED IT!! The staff was top notch with their customer service, they were friendly, kind & absolutely amazing!! Thank you so much for everything. We will be back again!

   fav pool, issac is a nice fella, and there’s a nice younger lifeguard who is super accommodating. be wary, there’s another lifeguard who’s always keen to wrap things up, so the pool ends up shutting 30 mins before, rather than the “usual” 45 past (reasonable). EDIT. disappointed, fav pool cause it’s outdoors and some staff are stellar, but tell me why they have staffing issues and end up closing the pool (fine, life happens) but they don’t update anything. same with a private booking today, they didn’t even pick up the phone. tragic.

   I slipped on a slimy tile on the edge of the pool and broke my wrist and damaged my spine. Be super careful when you go to this swimming pool, the edge overflow is very dangerous.

   We used the outdoor pool as a change from our usual in Glenfield. Deepest part of the pool was in the middle 100cm- 120cm. Not very deep. Good for lane swimming.

   Pools are great, especially on a sunny day. They have a pool undercover for the preschool kids. The showers are hot, great temperature. Lifeguards will tell you off for jumping in the pool and splashing etc. - great for a relaxing dip, though it would be nice if they provided a space for the kids to jump and do all that - rather than not allow it completely.

   we came to cool down as it was so hot, glad it has a bigger pool.. better to come in the morning as it gets crowded in the afternoon.. it is expensive for adults to pay $7.20 to swim, to accompany a 5 year old.. this place is nice though, and clean.
