   The facilities are nice and well maintained; however, some of the lifeguards came across as rude and unprofessional. We fully understand the responsibility and pressure that comes with their role, but the way some of them spoke and communicated was not appropriate. A more courteous approach and additional training in communication and customer service would greatly improve the overall experience.

   After 5:00pm, people are often asked to wait in a queue even though the pool closes at 6:45pm. In some cases, it becomes clear that those waiting will not have enough time to enter or enjoy the pool before closing, which can be quite discouraging after a long wait. I feel this situation could be improved by providing clearer and more accurate information on the queue board. If the board clearly indicated when entry is unlikely before closing, people could make an informed choice to leave rather than waiting for a long period and becoming frustrated. This small change would go a long way in improving the experience for patrons, especially in the evenings.

   Very good swimming facility which is very user-friendly friendly for kids, with heated pools, slides and activities. Popular as kids Birthday venue with extensive "learn to swim" programs. Good sauna and hot pool facilities. Excellent gym and group fitness and shower facilities.

   Nice place to take the kids for a swim. The pool has a fun water feature with a kids’ slide, and there’s a small café for snacks. Lockers are available for just $2. Plenty of toilets and changing rooms. There’s also a rock climbing wall, spa, and sauna. The spa was packed with older people, so there wasn’t much space to sit.

   Great pool with good membership plans that work throughout Auckland. Amazing staff that get to know you and are interested in your wellbeing. Fantastic. Special shoutout to Jacob and Emily, and pretty much everyone really. They are a great motivator in my coming back.

   My daughter fainted at the swimming pool yesterday, the life guards and staff came to help her. The life guards were students, they are patient, friendly and pretty experienced through out the process. I am really grateful to them for helping my daughter. Thank you everyone again.

   Unfortunately the lifeguards are very unfriendly i do understand that smiling and being capable of talking nicely to people is not necesarrily part of there job saving lives is. The staff at the front desk are friendly and the pools themselves are clean but the fun aspect is removed by the atmosphere felt by the lifeguards and their constant telling off of children and parents alike. Great location picturesque with huge windows looking out onto beautiful green grass reserve.

   Awesome public pool, with heaps of toys and water games. Plenty of changing room for singles and families. For accompanying adults, it’s only $1 fee and kids enter free of charge. There is sauna e hot spa for adults. The huge climbing wall is the main attraction, you go up to 3 meters high and dive 3 meters deep! Great place to hide from the strong sun during these hot days.
