   Very clean water and tidy pool area. Sufficient off-street parking. Changing room and hot showers were also clean and well maintained. Plenty of seating.There are three pools ranging in temperature from Luke warm, warm and the adults only, really warm (40 C with temperature checked hourly). Adults only and Luke warm has good shade, warm pool partial shade. Lockers are available for $1. Enjoyed nearly 3 hours alternating from 40C hot to warm pool. A nice, relaxing place with a more senior clientele during week days. Well worth $16 for seniors. Good mix of ramps and stairs for the mobility challenged. Will visit again.

   21/07/2025 update I'm glad to be able to update that they have put permanent shade over both pools. It makes for such a lovely bathing experience. I bumped up the rating to 5 stars! ------------------------------------- The renovations are beautiful. It's really a lovely place with clean, well kept facilities. It's very quiet, and great for a relaxing warm soak in the healing natural waters. The only problem is that there is very very little shade over the pools. People huddle together under the umbrellas in the water. The cooler pool is completely uncovered. I got quite badly sunburnt unfortunately

   Awesome family outing. When it’s not overly packed this is a great spot with 2 warm main pools1 warmer than thee other 1 paddle pool that’s cold and a beautiful rock spa for adults. Very clean and the staff are lovely and offer life jackets if needed kids boards and floaties excellent place

   We went there on a weekday for our wedding anniversary, and I'd say it was a worth it drive. The facilities were clean, the temperatures were just as described, and the staff were really accommodating. The only thing lacking would be the Cafe not being open on weekdays, which they resolved with an assortment of instant meals and ready-to-eat Kimbap! We enjoyed our experience and will definitely come back again!

   We had a great time for our #wintersoak.. It was not crowded, and it was so relaxing.. Love it and will surely come back.. You need to install few towel hooks to hang wet towels and put nonslip mat at the small changing room (the room where the shower curtain is, the floor has no mat). Really have to be careful as it is slippery.
