Seemed like they’ve been short staffed since my loan application. Got back to me saying they were willing to help just needed more info. Sent through the needed info for myself and my partner. Checked up and always replied with sorry we’re short staffed we’ll get back to you later today. A week passed an nothing. Second week pasted and emailed for a follow up just to be told I needed to send through the info again. If it was not for me following up guarantee that it would have gone for another week. Long process, and close to no contact.
