I have settled my loan account with Instant Finance on the 29th of May. On the 30th of May, the debit order went off I have spoken to them and they have advised that they will resolve this. Since then, I haven't received any feedback or my money for the debit order that went off. And today, the 13th of June, they have deducted another debit order. And I called them and they don't know what is going on and need to escalate it. I do not understand how, as a business, they do not know how to cancel a debit order.
They have been messaging and Called my partners Reference . Saying they couldn’t contact him. How come?! You just got a phone call last week and Explained his situation. Last you threatened him saying you’ll get the Car back! Just because of the Couple of week delayed. He also explained The situation. And we only got 6 months left to pay for the car. This Company will put you to shame and will threaten you specially you also Paid off with your Car loan. He Told them they can Repossess the car if they want last year same threat!!!! Just repossess the Car damn it!!!! You already put him to shame by Calling people!!!!

I was in a shop today and I noticed a heavily pregnant woman who seemed to be having a difficult conversation. I realised when her call ended that she had moved to an empty aisle and was crying. I went to ask if i could help. She told me she and her husband were behind in their payments with a finance company but they were doing their best to fix the situation. The person she was dealing with had done his best to intimidate her and had inferred that their employer might be contacted. While I am sure that wouldn't happen -for legal reasons-this poor woman, who btw was due to give birth the next day, obviously didnt know that Three weeks out from Christmas - i hope your're proud of yourself (R) If there was a way to give no stars then I would.
