I was told to bring my fender to them and the boss would give me a quotation for it. When I got there I was told the boss was too busy and I would have to leave it and he would ring or email me that day or the next. I didn't hear anything and phoned and emailed and was told he would contact me. He didn't. Seven days later I picked it up untouched. The woman at the desk out front was surprised I was picking it up. I told her how disappointed I was with the business and she sniggered at me. I mentioned this bad experience to my auto painter and he said they only thing they do is scratch things. It appears to me that this firm does not need the work. I took my fender to another plastic welder who quoted the job and completed the job within 2 days. Wonderful. And I will recommend him to everybody.
