   I purchased a 2019 Pilote camper van last year and had the pleasure of camping at Muriwai Beach. I had a beautiful night watching the sunset with a couple of glasses of wine. That night, I learned a valuable lesson. Don't leave the canopy up during the night. The wind came up, and the canopy ended up near the beach. I claimed insurance for the replacement and employed RV North Shore to fit the replacement unit. They organized a replacement and fitted it within the week. The service was fantastic. On my next trip, my canopy came out. Unfortunately, the canopy would not stay up, so we had to return to RV North Shore for service. The service person found a design problem. Two of the guys worked on the issue for more than an hour. While I was waiting, I was offered a coffee. The service again was exceptional. If anyone requires service from RV North Shore, you will not be disappointed.

   Wonder why these people don't respond to my review. Says a lot huh Insurance job. Plastic tape and painted over under wheel arch is falling down. Four months after repair. All very well to say bring it in, so they can retape and recover. We're in Stratford!!! It'll cost me 300 dollars in fuel alone plus faffing around, wear and tear. Getting it done properly down here. See photos. Grumble

   Terrible experience with Lady owner. Jacked up the quote by 1k$. -after Husband quoted 2 k$ on Saturday pre inspection service. Terribly rude - the customer is always wrong

   We bring our motorhome for repairs under warranty @ RVrepairs Albany 2 times, every time we have been told the problems will be resolved, easy fix… however nothing really works better when picking our motorhome. We do not recommend…Sorry guys have to post it, to much annoying to give you 2 weeks to sort out thing and pick it up with nothing working better!

   For me to say Peter, Jan and the team go the extra mile for their customers - I have to say they go beyond that - well beyond all my expectations! I am sure there are not many businesses out there that could achieve this. My camper needed new double glazing and it all started from there. They fitted new windows to a very high standard but the condensation in the gap of the double glazing was evident just days after I picked up the van. This was because the narrow gap in the double glazed windows was the issue. After much investigating by Peter, he advised to go with wider double glazing to hopefully avoid condensation or go with solid glass. Their sub-contracted supplier who manufactured the glazing was not supportive and left RV Repairs with a major dilemma. Peter took on board fixing the issue by supplying and refitting with solid glass - all at his cost. Peter kept to his word that this will be resolved and it has been. I cannot recommend RV Repairs enough. I’m very grateful and privileged to have been their customer in this case. Thank you. Cheers Alan & Sandy
