   We have and old Mercedes. The first set of keys cut did not work in the ignition. We went back with the car twice and these guys went above and beyond to get keys working in the car. Must have take 3 hours of work. Truely exception experience.

   OVER PRICED! I’d give a minus star if possible. Went to get a small glass engraved. They charge per character, I had 14 letters all together and it came to $55!!! I don’t know how they can justify such a price when it’s all done with a machine.

   Got a kitchen knife engraved here and they did such a great job. There was a good selection of font and sizes and they got it done exactly as how I asked. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. It was only one person working at the time and there were a number of customers he was serving but he still maintained a good attitude and customer service. Really happy with my experience here and will definitely come back here again.

   Very bad service. Owner is ignorant. Remove the good battery from my keys and put another one which is not working. And then he doesn’t want to fix and also don’t wanna give me the new battery.
