I want to give 10/5 stars for my recent interaction with Justin Wong, one of the directors at DVA. Justin was thorough, pragmatic, and customer outcome - centric in terms of guiding me through my queries. What stood out for me is his focus on value delivery as well as options based on solutioning rather just providing esoteric responses. I hope to engage with Justin and DVA in the future as well.
