Both of our boys attended Childhood Concepts. Our youngest has just left for school. I cannot give enough praise. It is very hard to say goodbye. The staff feel like family, they have held our family through some tough times. As well as cheering us on in the good. They learnt so much, and felt safe and secure. 12/10 would recommend!
Our children attended Childhood Concepts, Upper Hutt: After six wonderful years, we're so sad to say goodbye to what has been more than just a daycare – it's been an extended family for our children. The staff are exceptional; their genuine engagement and profound care for our kids have consistently gone above and beyond. We've always valued their clear and consistent communication, and the truly amazing opportunities and learning experiences they've provided have been instrumental in our children's development. They've shown a remarkable ability to cater to the individual needs and interests of both our kids, setting them up brilliantly for their transition to school. We can't recommend them highly enough and will cherish the memories and the strong foundations they've built for our children.
All three of my kids attended Childhood Concepts in Upper Hutt, and they absolutely loved it. The teachers and support staff were fantastic—caring, supportive, and truly dedicated. When my youngest finished, I looked back through all the learning stories written by the teachers, and they were an absolute joy to read. It was clear just how much care, effort, and passion they put into nurturing each child’s development.
Our son spent 3 years at Childhood Concepts Upper Hutt. He loved his time there. The teachers are wonderful, kind and caring. We highly recommend this daycare!

Friendly, approachable and fun loving staff. Do all sorts of activities with the kids to help them learn and have fun at the same time. My boy has been attending since he was 8 months, he is nearly 3 years old now and he loves it just as much now as he did when he started. Highly recommend Childhood Concepts to anyone who needs childcare at such a good price too.
