   I have had North Shore House Wash do two jobs for us - one was our big house, the second a smaller cottage. I can not recommend them highly enough. My house was covered in black mould and spiders - like a haunted house - and the result brought it back to nearly new; not an easy feat as it is a 25 year old house. They were communicative, worked in with our schedule and prices were so reasonable for the amount of work it took to complete the job. Even now, months later, the finish is still like new and not a spider to be seen. I was so impressed that I asked them to come and do our smaller cottage that was suffering from mould due to the damp weather and not getting enough sun. This was like some sort of miracle - again spiders are gone and the finish like like new. Matt and his crew are friendly, I trust them and they did a professional job, completed it in a timely manner and changed the feel of our house from Haunted to Immaculate! Fully recommend.

I really appreciated the photos Matthew provided as he worked, so I could see the state of the areas of the roof not viewable from ground level. Will use their services again.
