   It absolutely worst insurance company that I have ever dealt with. After a minor fender bender traffic accident I contacted Vero. They demanded that I pay the excess upfront which I’ve never struck before. I gave them all the details of the vehicles involved, registration numbers etc etc details of drivers, their contact details etc. They did absolutely nothing with my claim. I followed up with phone calls and emails and each time I got some absolutely incompetent fool who knew nothing about the claim and I had to explain everything all over again. They showed absolutely no interest in resolving my claim and were only interested in me paying the excess upfront. I’m going to change all of my vehicle insurance away to another company. Be warned.

   Very bad service, I was thinking of changing the insurance company, this is the room they repaired for me, telling me that it was completely repaired. And my fireplace door glass was broken and they refused to pay compensation on the grounds that it was too old to be replaced The bathroom was vandalized by the tenant , my insurance is additional tenant insurance but I was told that this floor is not covered by them Don't understand why the fireplace is not covered by insurance too The all repair job total about 1 week time but they have took 5 months and no updates, no any notes Please leave them!!!!!!

   Absolutely terrible never insure with Vero despite whatever offer looks good on paper. I have had a repairer for my trailer not be paid now for 9 months despite the claim being approved. They have tried every trick in the book not to pay. Aside from this I have had terrible service in every regard, DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A TEN FOOT POLE, due warning.

   Vero is one of the best insurance companies I've ever dealt with. They up'd my car insurance, as the value of my used car has hiked and gave me great advice for when I put my car up for sale and the policy requirements for ppl under 25yo who want to test drive. All this took a 20min phone call.
