   I've been a client of Jayne's for a few years now and honestly wish I'd made the switch sooner. Prior to working with Jayne my accounting was taken care of by a large firm, and though the experience wasn't negative, as a sole trader I felt I was getting lost amongst their large clients. Working with Jayne has been a breath of fresh air; she got me set up with Xero which has saved me TONS of time. Beyond this, she is always available, always responds quickly and nothing is ever too big a hassle. However, what I appreciate most is that you feel like you're being taken care of and that your business matters; it never feels like she's just going through the motions. It's clear that client care matters to Jayne, and that's an all too rare a thing in business. A close friend of mine made the move to GoTax on my recommendation and his opinion of Jayne is equally glowing.
