EDIT: After communication with Geof @ Takapuna Tax Services, they have apologised and cleared up the lack of communication. Although my services have since moved elsewhere, they definitely admitted their shortcomings and made a huge effort to rectify the situation. Original review: After agreeing my tax requirements weren't very difficult, setting up for GST and sending end-of-financial year documents to Takapuna Tax... I haven't heard anything from them for 2 months. I really only wanted to know what my EOFY tax obligations were likely to be, so I could budget accordingly and over 2 months, I was given an answer of "Don't worry as your first repayment isn't required until next year.." I have engaged them 8 months ago and all they have done is register me for GST. Do yourself a favour and go to SBA Accounting elsewhere.
