They've made me understand my obligations and 'to do things' by simplifying everything for me and getting it done.    I can't contain how much disappointed I am with these team. They don't care about small business, they ask me to opt-in to their service, pay them in advance and get them to work on my GST and TAX Return. What came out was a lot of payments because they DO NOT NOTIFY ME AT ALL, as the business owner that I need to pay my taxes, they will just notify you once you are already late and interest was already on top of your actual tax. THEY NEVER DO THEIR DUTY AS MY TAX AGENT to notify me. Now I am still paying delayed payments because of them. I even pay them twice the payment my previous accountant charge me.IF THEY CANNOT HANDLE ACCOUNTS OF SMALL BUSINESSES, HOW MUCH MORE WITH LARGE ACCOUNTS? Now I am moving on to another accountant as I don't want to work with them anymore. I am really annoyed, utterly disappointed by the service they give me despite of paying in on advance, that is the treatment I got. I am still paying debts and late taxes because of these accountants. Update Today NOV 2018: Just found out that they never renew my business in Companies office that I need to renew it on my own as it was due already. Wow! really amaze by what this firm do to my business! I would never recommend engaging with them specially to small businesses.
