english comprehension non existent. I completed an online review, said I did not want to be called, and if so then don't bother. 60 mins later they were calling me. I then responded saying not interested, delete my details, do not contact me again. 5 days later, they are calling me again. Others might be happy with them, but if they can't follow simple instructions, that is an immediate no from me, especially when it ignores explicit instructions. Despite numerous attempts at unsubscribing I still receive their newsletters in my spam box. I don't trust them in the slightest, all the indications of a scam, but unless we have fake reviews on here, then I guess its just my experience.

They continue to call me even when i have requested that they stop contacting me and remove my contact details from their records. This is not the way i'd expect a financial institution to conduct themselves

Cold called me out of blue offering advice for my pension. Said I gave them my detail for business but I have no recollection whatsoever - they mentioned Linkedin. Highly suspicious. Even if a legitimate business this is a terrible way to land on a new business in this day and age.

We worked with Chris on our retirement transfer, something we had been putting off due to the number of hoops we had to go through and the difficulty of understanding the tax regulations of both the UK and NZ and what the impact that would have on our savings. It could not have been simpler from start to finish. What I appreciated the most was the open transparency about fees for the service. They talked us through how the tax costs change depending on when we decided to transfer, how we could transfer and retain in GBP until exchange rates are favourable and also how a death under UK law would greatly tax the deceased retirement savings but would not do in the UK. I would definitely recommend.

Called my wife to say that they knew she had recently moved to NZ from the UK and to talk about her pension being moved too. Wouldn't tell her how they got this personal information (or her phone number). Creepy

Chris Dickinson was fantastic in helping me transfer an old pension out of the UK. He was great at following up leads and generally helping me understand my rights,obligations and options. It was all transferred and set up really easily and now I can track it in the deVere App. Without deVere I'm sure I would've given up on this money and now it's growing towards my retirement.
