   We met with Ben to organize our personal insurance. We had looked at life insurance and income protection insurance before, but we didn't really see the value and it seemed to be too complicated. When we met with Ben, he listened to what we wanted and made it easy to understand our options. Ben cut through the jargon and showed us what we needed and what we didn't, but ultimately he left it up to us to decide what we wanted with no pressure. The application was easy to understand and Ben went to bat for us to get better cover terms than we had been offered previously. We are really happy with the outcome and Ben definitely has a customer for life with us.
