A very disappointing experience. We joined the Mortgage Mastery programme last year as huge advocates of EnableMe, having previously had a very positive experience with the company several years ago. Our experience this time could not have been more different. We were pitched a highly personalised, tailored service, which failed to materialise, despite our best attempts to course correct on several occasions. Instead, we received a heavily templated plan that lacked the true, deep strategic insight we had been led to expect from our $6000 investment. None of the information we received could not be gleamed from the local library, the latest newspapers, or a $10 budgeting app. To their credit, EnableMe has now refunded our programme. However, we leave disappointed and disillusioned, and would urge anybody considering a programme with EnableMe to think very, very carefully before enrolling.

The core advisory offering is fine, but beware the services they bundle in. Momentum Realty (one of their affiliated businesses) has consistently misrepresented property features to us (ie saying in their brochures that properties include features they don't then end up having). Not sure if deliberate or incompetence.

We had a very negative experience with Enableme. As we engaged further in the work, we began to have serious concerns about the lack of professionalism and integrity of both our advisor, Kristin, and also Enableme management. Unfortunately our experience has been that Enableme's strategy is to work in their own best interests and not that of their clients. We would describe the practices of Enableme as misleading at best. This was a waste of money for us and we would strongly discourage anyone from using their services. If you do engage with Enableme, ensure you record all meetings and document in writing any claims they make to you.

Nice people but the service is too expensive, cookie cutter, not personal to you and with selling off all their sub services (mortgage, property finder for example) the accountability and customer service has left the central organisation. I wish I had heeded the reviews more. You can do this for free via a competent mortgage broker and an excel spreadsheet. Do not recommend.

Have just finished my first year with Enableme and it has been fantastic. I have learnt a great deal and changed my habits more than I imagined possible. Hannah had me hooked after my first consult with her and through out the year Jane has been so supportive and I really loved every meeting I had with her. I am excited about my second year and wished I had started with enableme earlier. The help they provide is brilliant.
