   Absolutely no communication delivery was scheduled - we communicated during the day and were assured delivery would be made. Called to try and work out what went wrong and noone is answering phones. Beyond frustrating. Communicatoon could be improved. Do not trustmainfrieght to deliver on agreed timeframes

   A big thankyou to the two lovely Mainfreight guys who delivered our furniture, the biggest and heaviest of which had to be carried up three flights of stairs. They then unpacked and took away the all the packaging. Really great service!

   I can not express how happy I was with the communication with Mainfreight and also the delivery itself. The customer service team were top notch and agreed to hold my items while I was away. Something that the dispatcher was not even happy to do! The team delivered one very heavy item for me upstairs and were kind and polite. Thank you so much for everything!

   What a nightmare I was told on two separate emails on the delivery days and I stayed home for delivery and nobody arrived on those days then finally on the day the truck arrived the driver opened the back of his truck and all i heard was dame and when I looked in the back of his truck my BBQ was upside down and damaged badly All the truck driver said it wasnt packed properly . since this Mainfreight said they wont pay compensation in any way . Sorry Mainfreight I have now gone to the commerce commission and will post this on all social media

   The delivery service for this is terrible. We ordered whiteware and haven't received it till three weeks almost. They also said they couldn't find the other 2nd whiteware but it was sitting in the factory the whole time. The next day they didn't deliver it on the run and said I'd have to book it in for next Monday. Like we called a couple of times now surely it should be on the run as soon as you were aware of where the second whiteware was... not good

   After not seeing a status update on a consignment which was picked up 6 days prior, I rang up to see where it was. 3 phone calls and 3 x 3 hour delivery windows later over 1 and a half days, still waiting... The dispatch staff don’t seem to give a toss that you’re stuck at home waiting on them (on holidays I might add) and it’s Ok for someone to be pegged at home for repeated broken promises of delivery windows. No one takes accountability and seem more interested in passing the buck or explaining why things can’t or haven’t been delivered as it’s stuck somewhere in their system which doesn’t appear to have been accurately updated. Their company values are under promise and over deliver, more like “Promise and Don’t deliver” in my experience.

   Item has been sitting at the Lower Hutt Depot for almost one week with no sign it's going to be delivered to its final destination in Kapiti. I've called multiple times and was promised it would be put on the delivery truck the following day, but every time I check the tracking number it says the parcel is still at the Lower Hut Depot. Honesty is the best policy - so if items are going to be delayed, just let people know so they're not holding out hope. Don't be the Company that over promises and never delivers.
