   Was told that my vehicle was delivered only to find out that it hasn't been and is still in Wellington after it was supposed to be in Nelson. When calling in the lady said I must wait and she is not going to help me. How rude is that for service.

   My car was delayed for release at the port due to some issues with the shipping company. These guys delivered my car the same day it was released. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and to my surprise the car was delivered today when I was told by the shipping company it would be tomorrow. Thanks. 19/11/21: I had a another car delayed last week due to the ship being late and these guys delivered my car the next day after it arrived. Customer service was top notch all the way from the office to the delivery driver. Thanks again. 02/06/23: Had my 3rd vehicle delivered by these guys and just as before the vehicle was delivered on the requested day. Someone called me prior to delivery. Excellent customer service once again. Thanks!

   I was told my car would arrive on Thursday morning, however by early afternoon the car had still not arrived. I called and was told the car would now be delivered the following day between 9-10am. Again, no sign of the car, I called and was told the car was due for delivery but had been taken off the delivery route because they were too busy. I had taken a day off work to ensure someone was home to take receipt of the car, but PTS didn't even have the decency to call me and inform me of the change. I have now been told delivery will happen on Monday and someone will call me to confirm (still waiting for the call) or I could go and collect the car from the depot....yes, go and collect the car myself after paying for delivery. Awful service, would highly recommend avoiding
