Absolutely no communication delivery was scheduled - we communicated during the day and were assured delivery would be made. Called to try and work out what went wrong and noone is answering phones. Beyond frustrating. Communicatoon could be improved. Do not trustmainfrieght to deliver on agreed timeframes
A big thankyou to the two lovely Mainfreight guys who delivered our furniture, the biggest and heaviest of which had to be carried up three flights of stairs. They then unpacked and took away the all the packaging. Really great service!
I can not express how happy I was with the communication with Mainfreight and also the delivery itself. The customer service team were top notch and agreed to hold my items while I was away. Something that the dispatcher was not even happy to do! The team delivered one very heavy item for me upstairs and were kind and polite. Thank you so much for everything!
What a nightmare I was told on two separate emails on the delivery days and I stayed home for delivery and nobody arrived on those days then finally on the day the truck arrived the driver opened the back of his truck and all i heard was dame and when I looked in the back of his truck my BBQ was upside down and damaged badly All the truck driver said it wasnt packed properly . since this Mainfreight said they wont pay compensation in any way . Sorry Mainfreight I have now gone to the commerce commission and will post this on all social media
Perfect service . Angelina was too good in customer service and George was exceptional. I requested them to deliver my courier bit earlier then delivery day. These guys did it! Really appreciate it guys
Avoid this courier! Rudest call center agents. We had a scheduled delivery for a mattress but it didn’t arrive. At first, they told me that the truck has broken down so it will be delivered tomorrow, but it still didn’t arrive. They finally said that they can’t find the item after several days of following up. They even had the audacity to be rude when I was calling, “you’re ringing in how many times now?” but they weren’t the one sleeping on the couch! The other agent I talked to was also rude and spoke in an irritated almost shouting voice. Never again!
I am very disappointed with the call center as they were helpless. I needed to collect my items from the depot but was held up by an incident on the way and couldn't make it by 5:00 pm. So, I asked whether they could leave my parcels outside the gate. The call center informed me that the depot closed at 4:00 pm and the office closed at 5:00 pm. However, earlier in the day, I was told that I could come anytime before 5:00 pm. Just wanting to try my luck, I arrived at the depot at 5:05 pm. To my surprise, I found my parcels sitting by the gate. I went to the office upstairs and noticed that everyone was busy working, and the receptionists were still answering the phone. I then collected my parcels. From this experience, I learned never to give up any chance, even if it is tiny.
Terrible experience. Booked the move for today. Was told that it was definitely going to be delivered today. Waited the entire day while making calls in between. Unhelpful and false reassurance. Wasn't able to do anything the whole day and the delivery it's 7 pm and the delivery still isn't here.
