Highly recommend Paws & Relax. My child goes in happy, not anxious, and comes out smelling beautifully and pampered. Everytime he goes, I get the most adorable photos of my dog in different outfits too! Valentines, Xmas, as well as him with a bath towel on and head cover pre shower. 10/10, cannot recommend enough
As always, my ragdoll Henry has left Tanya feeling and looking amazing. I am always so relaxed knowing he is in such good hands and that Tanya genuinely cares about her animals comfort and enjoyment during groom time. She has calming music playing, great communication, Henry left smelling AMAZING, his fur looked beautiful and he was happily eating treats by the time we were back home as if he had just been on holiday. Tanya is an absolute gem!! We have always struggled to groom our mini schnauzer Jasper, he has just never enjoyed it and has built a distrust of of groomers, scissors and shears over his 12 years. I’ve lost count how many times talented groomers have not managed to complete the full groom as he just wasn’t having it - he’s a strong willed old man and has no problem letting you know just how unhappy he is by giving you a love bite with his one tooth…. So, on our first visit to Paws and Relax, my expectations were low - I know how hard he is to groom and just asked Tanya to ‘Do what you can, see how you go, don’t worry if you only get his beard done’. Well, 2 hours later I got the call he was ready and I was amazed at what she had managed to do. He looks awesome and has his schnauzer swagger back. Just look at the before (3 weeks ago) and after picture. We are so happy we have found Tanya. If I could give me than 5 stars I would. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Tanya is amazing with our puppy. We are always greeted warmly and even though our dog can be quite timid, Tanya is so gentle and loving I know she is in good hands. She returns with nails trimmed, a lovely cut and well pampered. She always cuts her ears perfectly which is not an easy thing to do. Thank you Tanya.
Monty had his first visit yesterday! Amazing service Tanya messaged me to tell me how he was going. They really take their time to make sure the dogs are comfortable. The groom was amazing he looks like a new puppy!
Our gorgeous 6 month old snorkiepoo Bonnie just had her first big puppy groom with Tanya. From the get go Tanya made Bonnie welcome and relaxed with so much cuddling. We absolutely love how Bonnie looks now and she was relaxed and happy driving home. Can’t recommend Tanya highly enough. Amazing friendly service and a beautiful groomed puppy that went in as a shaggy tiny bear!!
Tanya was so lovely. She took the time to make Yogi feel comfortable as he did not have a very good grooming experience before. He is normally extremely anxious and will not keep still for anyone to groom him. She has worked her wonders and he is so comfortable with her. Thank you so much for your patience and making him look so much neater and cute at the same time. Check out his cute necktie that Tanya gave him.
