You never truly know what happens behind closed doors. When I brought my dog here, I trusted them with her care. Instead, the groomer cut her nails down to the quick until they bled, and I had to rush her to the vet. What shocked me even more was the silence — no one admitted what had happened, no apology, no explanation. I used to come here often, back when the owner was still around, and the service was kind and professional. But since she moved to Australia, everything has changed. The quality has dropped dramatically, and the compassion seems to be gone. Our pets cannot speak for themselves, so it is our responsibility to protect them. After what happened, I cannot recommend this place.
I've tried a few groomers and KrisAI are by far the best. Beautiful groom every time with excellent attention to detail. The price is also great value. Highly recommended.
I sent my 15 year old girl Larita in for grooming. Man they did an excellent job. Larita is blind and deaf. She refused to be groomed for quite some time until we found KristAI. She came home beautiful, clean and absolutely in a calm state. Strongly recommended!
I took my dog, Teddy, to Kristal Pet Grooming, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. Shortly after the grooming, we discovered a cut on Teddy in an area that had been groomed. Since she had not been on any walks and had been in a controlled environment at home, there was no other way for her to have sustained this injury. When I reached out to the salon, I was met with nothing but excuses and blame-shifting. Instead of taking responsibility or even acknowledging the possibility that the injury happened under their care, they insisted it must have happened elsewhere—even though Teddy has never had a cut before in her life. They even demanded a letter from the vet proving with “100% certainty” that the wound happened at their facility, which is an unrealistic and dismissive response. To make matters worse, the vet next door, who is familiar with this business, did not have positive things to say about them. That in itself speaks volumes. If you love your pet and want them to be cared for by a business that values their well-being, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. Accidents can happen, but how a business chooses to handle them says everything. Kristal Pet Grooming failed to take responsibility, and I wouldn’t trust them with my pet again. I will be posting photos so other pet owners can see exactly what happened.
Excellent grooming services for our cavoodle. We take her every 6 wks and she is kept tangle free. Only thing is price which seems expensive $90 but the time it would take me to do the same would probably be 8 hours. So a bargain when you work it out. Thanks Krystal team!
Friendly, professional, excellent service, great communication, and affordable prices! They gave a full grooming to my old, grumpy, long haired cat who had never had a bath before. She was treated with amazing care. We will definitely be back! Thank you!
