   Very fortunate to have this man on our team. He assisted us with buying our first property in NZ and we've been dealing with Richard for over a decade now. We've purchased several properties in Auckland since the first one. It hasn't always been a straight forward home loan application but we've managed to secure the lending when it counted. Richard adds value to the process of buying property in more ways than one. Has has an in-depth knowledge of the property market to help guide when necessary and then obviously has a high level of understanding of the financial aspect of securing a mortgage. He is able to assist with making sound decisions which is critical considering the values involved with purchasing property. People don't buy houses everyday so there's a lot of detail that we don't know and he is able to assist. The input from Richard is very valuable and he does more for his clients than most.
